The second meeting of the EUPeace sub-project “Our cultural heritage - the basis of our house Europe” is currently taking place in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Under the leadership of Prof. Felix Teichner (Marburg), colleagues from Comillas, Giessen, Sarajevo, Marburg and Mostar are preparing the concrete teaching program for the EUPeace Archaeological Heritage Spring School planned for 2025. Students from the participating universities will spend a week in the newly built visitor center of the Gračine National Monument learning basic techniques of field research and cultural heritage protection. A recently discovered ancient inscription can serve as a guide, shedding light on the geopolitical significance of the archaeological site in the heart of the Balkan Peninsula between the Celts, Dalmatians and Illyrians.
