University of Mostar

With the arrival of the Austro-Hungarian authority in Bosnia and Herzegovina in 1878, Mostar experienced urban development. In 1897, construction entrepreneur Eduard Fessler built a one-storey villa richly decorated with various elements of neo-baroque style. Today it houses the seat of the Rectorate of the University of Mostar.
